Place the Powerhour stone somewhere players cannot get to(even though they can't see it)
and Double click it to start the timer.
N_0 thru N_49 should be set to what you have as ADV_RATE's in your sphere_skills.scp
N_0 being alchemy and N_49 being necromancy.
(P_ADVRATE 1.5,25.0,75.0) should be set to what you believe are good rates during
the powerhour. (Default is set really low!)
